Vascor SSRS ActiveX Installer

Issue: Users without administator access to box cannot install ActiveX component required by SSRS to print.

Resolution: Installation of ActiveX components from an administrator account allows users without administative access to print. Note: This resolution has been tested with: XP 32, Windows 7 32/64, IE 8/9 32/64.

Installation Instructions (MUST be performed by an administrator): 1. Download correct version of installer. X32 (XP/Vista/Windows 7) X64 (Vista/Windown 7) 2. Log into box as Administrator. 3. Install package: Click Next Click Install Click Yes Click Finish Check c:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files for these files 4. Have the user log into box, user will be able to print
